Well the entire use of greenhouse in descriptions is really sucky understanding of the mechanics of how the earth heats and cools. Also using the words "heat is trapped" is sucky terminology.

In the coldest and driest air there are several water vapor molecules for every CO2 molecule and in tropical air there are 30 40, 50, and even more H20 molecules for every CO2.

It is possible considering the specific heat of each H20 molecule being from 1.17 to a few hundred times that of each CO2 and the fact that there are dozens and dozens more H20, that H20 is 99 plus percent the moderator of the rate the heat absorbed by the earth is convected and advected to altitudes where is radiates back into space. And it is that rate that determines what temperatures are felt in the biosphere we humans live in.

All properties of CO2 according to the laws of physics increase rates of convection and advection in the atmosphere and as such would appear to have more cooling properties than warming.
