these suits are pending on past actions after 911. one phone company has already refused any more assistance unless guarenteed that no law suits can be brought against them. why hasn't the committee taken action. i didn't see that in his notes that a court order to open up wire tap on new terror group would stop any law suits against the tel company. people should be outraged over this and watch congress like senator spector spend his time of film by patriots,and waxman spend his time on baseball and steriods...
