Thanks Lindy, I had written a couple of responses to people- including your post- but have deleted them after getting Rick Benfield's post. I was curious enough about the reaction from the people I know here to post an official's congressional letter that offered different rationale. I believe I was polite, and rather non-committal. So being told I am part of the problem--- well, I guess I am just tired of that kind of ugly reaction. Thanks to those who at least offered some basis for their disagreement with Reyes.
