A little target practice.the chinese did it and if we miss we will look real bad not to mention the trillion we squanded on this.

It would be very interesting to read the risk assessment which I assume the US Military has conducted, regarding a hit or a miss on this test. I wonder if they can conduct the test in a place where no Chinese or Russian radars can watch? I saw some quite where the Navy was saying they were prepared for three shots. That does not sound very promising. Three misses would be quite the Ouch.
