Nadine you are not making sense. When would someone stops becoming Jewish? From what you wrote, when they take another religion. You said that someone can be called atheist Jew, can someone be called Muslim Jew? Or Christian Jew? Why do you object the use of the term "Arab Jew"?
It seems that if you do not pledge loyalty to Israel, that person is not Jewish. Is that correct? Can you tell us where is it mentioned in the Torah that you need to be loyal to Israel to be a Jew? Again when I talk about Israel, I am talking about Israel as it is today, not during Moses time.
