No the rest of the world is relevant but your comments about it are not.

If you said "Madrid is the capital of Spain", and I pointed out that it was irrelevant to any point your trying to make about health care, that wouldn't mean I'm saying Spain, or even Madrid, is irrelevant to the discussion, merely that your point isn't relevant.

Similarly if you say "European drug companies spend a lot on research" but the issue is where the incentive for any drug company (European, American, or other) gets the incentive to spend money on research, not how much is spent in each country, than your point isn't very relevant.

I'm not sure why you have a problem understanding this. Actually I'm not totally sure that you do have a problem understanding this, but I'd give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you don't understand it, rather than saying that you are being intellectually dishonest.
