TV reports killer was off his meds. If someone is one meds, he should not be able to buy a gun. He bought the gun just a few days before going on the massacre. No waiting period necessary thanks to the NRA. No psychiatric background check thanks to the NRA. It should be tragically obvious to anyone that ultra lax gun laws the NRA forces into existence have cost many more lives (the majority of the kids it seems) than any lives that have been saved by NRA members stopping murders in progress. In fact those savings of lives are very rare events. Also notice that most of these massacres occur in staunch republican areas, Virginia Tech, Columbine, etc.
