Yep. It was quickly becoming obvious they weren't going to get world wide economy killing taxes and laws in place before lack of sun spot activity started the earth to cooling so like all good con men they just tweak their presentation in mid stream. Global climate change is really quite brilliant if I do say so myself. No matter what happens now man is at fault. Much smarter then GW.
