The rich pay zero payroll taxes, which is a huge tax on the workingclass. The real crime Bushies want to commit though is to relieve the super rich of estate taxes. That would mean that the Mars and Walton families, with about 100 billion each, would get to pass along their money to their kids without giving anything back to their country. This would gradually bankrupt the country as we depend on evening out wealth in this country to pay for our infrastructure, social services, military, emergency services, etc. Bill gates and Warren Buffet have it right. Acting like true christians they are planning to give it all away. Everything. Because you can't take it with you and the last thing their kids need is to inherit more money that they could spend in 1000 lifetimes. That would create a permanent idle rich class while rules and owns everything. That's the robber baron era II, and it's the last thing this country needs. democrats advocate tax relief for those making under $200,000 per year and raising taxes on those making more. Patriotic wealthy people support this. Selfish greedy ones do not.
