You might be optimistic. At least 200 miles north of you, here, March is our biggest snow month. I don't see myself golfing in early April this year and will be doing real good if the snow is all gone by the end of April. I remember one fishing opener with floating bergs of ice and it snowed all day long. Really made me question my sanity. Since then I fish if it's nice, if not I drink some beer, read a book and do some cooking. There is a lot of warm days to fish around here I don't need to do it when it's 30's and raining/snowing:)
