I synthesized it from my research over the past 2 years. It is not complete or exhaustive, just off the top of my head. If one has a disease condition, I could add a few things that have worked for me. One thing I might add is never_eat_in _restaurants if you are serious about reducing weight and or cholesterol plaque. I don't know what they put in the food, but whatever it is, it is counterproductive to health in general. Eyeing the generic plastic pails of goop they accumulate in the back of most restaurants, it is not surprising. Trans fats, fructose sweeteners, hydrogenated oils, etc.. are paramount in any restaurant preparation. A rule might be, if a restaurant or fast food chain buys it, then it's crap.
