Was not talking about supplements, just diet and lifestyle. There are paradoxes here as all-meat eaters can be just about as healthy as vegetarians and fish eaters, but their meat consumption has to be very specific. It has to have about 40% fat, and be strictly grass fed cattle it would appear from the 1936 NY hospital studies done with Andersen and Stefannson as test subjects. The only high fat consumers I would feel comfortable with are the Cretans whose fats are mostly PUFAS and olive oil. They also consume a lot of nuts, and other sterol sources.
