The difference about the ARM calculations is that they used to calculated it on 20% down and use of an AIR rate (assumed interest rate) that was sightly higher than the arm itself for approval. In this case there was no down payment required AND the AIR rate was assumed to be the current ARM rate.

The banks gambled on our equity and we lost - its as simple as that. Banks will get sued and some people are going to jail - mark my words

There's no certain extent about it. I'm right about the whole god damn mess! 90% or more of this mess is on the banks and its hurt you, me and everyone on this thread as well as those we know!
