The problem for the first couple years after the liberation of Iraq was people emigrating. Not that any of the liberally biased media would report it but people have been returning to Iraq because of the improved security. Many of them are the business owners and professionals whose loss really harmed the economy. I assume they rely on projections of the likelihood of security to remain reasonable. Each step closer to a O'Hillory or Hillabama Presidency will slow or even reverse this trend.
