Is the only condition underwhich extending an olive branch could ever be considered genuine. Not when such an act is initiated by me. I doubt that is what hillary and obama are expecting. "It also sends the message that no help to the people of Lebanon is to be expected from an Obama administration." Not necessarily. "The corollary message being, if you want our nicely-nicely administration to win office, please don't attack the US before November 2008." There is nothing wrong with offering to be nice under mutually beneficial terms.
