Bush-Cheney disenfranchised some 250,000 black voters in 2000 and 2004 and still don't give a damn about the victims of Katrina, who are about 50% black. The rightwing is against any attempt to erase racial divides in society. Their Southern Strategy depends on keeping the blacks down and creating new laws like "voter ID cards" which supress their ability to vote. Bushies also don't give a damn about the middleclass, poor or lower middleclass in general. Once you start making multiple six figures per year that's when Bushies start to care about you. When you don't need it. Those in need get shafted under Bushie rule. Look at the statistics, it's all proven.
