Cheney gave Halliburton tens of billions in NO-BID contracts then refused to investigate them despite their huge fraud, corruption and abuse. That's textbook corrruption. It has also robbed we the people, allowed tens of billions in Iraqi oil to be stolen and badly damaged our military and its morale. Remember after Katrina hit? What was the White House's first move? To give Halliburton a half billion dollar NO-BID contract to fix oil facilities. That is and will always be their priority, to spend billions on cronies without competition in the marketplace and let them rob us.
