mid atlantic perhaps warmest in decades, no snow in philly maybe 2" all winter.. weather in 50/60's next tues and wed forecast back to mid 60's cannot remember weather like this. perhaps several degrees warmer than normal.

I'm in some of that frightful area and to be honest this is what winter is supposed to be like in the top of the country. We've just forgotten. We are going to be sending a lot of water to those southern reservoirs here in another month.
