Buggi,

There was some talk about MRAM for competition for SPSN in
the last time - doesn't look thats the case - look at this
slide for the cell size. PCM too large, MRAM way way too
large -> next one please. ;-)


2 questions come to mind:
1. can the device size (and density in a device) be linearly extrapolated from this data point
2. is the cell size as large by design? It seems to me that the Intel had a lot of problems and the only way they could get this to work at all is by keeping gigantic cell size...
