Well the possibility of a real peace treaty to replace the cease fire in Korea is interesting.

But I won't hold my breath waiting for it, and even if it happens I don't think it will automatically make North Korea less of a bad neighbor or mean that we don't have to worry about it anymore, or that all American soldiers are likely to leave the South in short order.
