"Oil will make another attempt at $100...........given the season, its not likely to break through but you never know. "

The "summer driving season"?

First of all, we are about to enter 'the shoulder months' where demand drops considerably. Secondly, oil demand isn't as great during the summer months as it is during the heating season. There is no hard and fast rule but crude usually makes a new high during Oct., Nov. or Dec. Of course this year could be different.......oil did make a higher low in Feb. We'll soon find out.......oil is currently at $99 and change.
