That would be an erroneous assumption. I am surprised that, you of all the people I know, would make it. Medicaid pays, when it gets around to it, usually months later, substantially below market rates that are subsidized by those insured. Medicaid does not pay for many things that would probably be politically unacceptable if adopted en mass. It can refuse payment now because those being served have no political voice and are among the least likely to vote.
