hillary wants it.. but she wants to attach your pay check if you do not pay. should low income get they pay check attached for health care insurance and perhaps miss a meal, or shoes for the kids,, etc. Obama is for health care but be able to opt into it. ma. has mandatory health care but i believe some 30% are not paying into it,, what is next step.. attach pay checks. fine them jail them. if you cannot pay , why do you need insurance. go into the local hospital or set up clinics and care for them. they do not get turned away as far as i know. low income claim bankrupcy, vs paying for large sums. if you are low income and cannot afford it, you file out medicaid forms and instantly covered for year without investigation of your forms.. it takes that long to get through the process. some do it where huge bills are facing them. like millions and they have gone and filed for medicaid and gotten 100% covered. oh, and the state doesn't go back for it's money just drops them. why is quebec now looking to charge for dr appointments of $25. isn't that the health system we get thrown up at us every time. maybe what we have isn't all that bad. in ca. what is crushing the system?
