By the time this bear market is over...there will be lots and lots and lots of value stocks. CROX is still too expensive.

CROX was issued a design patent in the EU, which competitor Holey Soles challenged and won. So CROX has no barrier to competitor entry in Europe right now. They are appealing the ruling, but competitors can flood the market in the meantime.

Not sure if this answers your question, but it is data.
