LIAR! CLinton did not give such contracts to Halliburton. Clinton's people put contracts out to bid as all responsible institutions are supposed to do. Bush-cheney gave Halliburton all NO-bid contracts which is basically a huge license to steal and gouge as there is no competition whatsoever. And boy did Halliburton steal. Quit supporting these obviously crooked white collar criminals. It's your money too. Just because you're in the energy biz doesn't mean you have a right to support criminality against the US taxpayers and military. Halliburton is a national disgrace, especially since it just fled to Dubai to avoid US taxes and laws.
