The rest of us pay and it's a very very expensive way of dispensing medical care.

The point is will they go to clinics. Unless they are free too.

The families you saw were probably all of the kids and the mother......probably no father at home.

You'd think. I noticed Dads or some male with the families I saw though.

Only one was probably sick.... Asthma attacks are epidemic in poor neighborhoods.

I've not heard of the poor being more asthma-prone. PRobably the flu, bronchitis - due to the season its going around here.
