Bush-Rice-Cheney allowed 9-11 to happen by ignoring numerous urgent warnings of "Bin laden determined to strike inside the US" probably using hijackings and/or some kind of crude WMD device. Bush, Rice, Cheney, Ashcroft, none of them lifted a finger to stop it. As for terrorist attacks since 9-11, tell the 30,000 killed and maimed in Iraq, most of them by IED's that we have no more terrorism. Terrorism is way up under Bush-Cheney as is terrorist recruitment and anti-Americanism around the globe. Obama could stop the majority of such anti-Americanism simply by being elected.
