Why the fukk do you want to starve people?

I don't, and the question is a total non-sequitur in this context as very high minimum wages are more likely to cause people to starve than low ones. Or at least it would if there wasn't any form of government or charitable assistance, with the programs available in the US, just about no one starves.

Also as I've already pointed out about 1.2% of all workers make minimum wage and only a fraction of that tiny portion have a minimum wage job as the sole support for a family, or even just for themselves.
