Obama is a phenomenal speaker with or without a teleprompter. He is probably the best speaker we have ever seen in our lifetimes in fact. And he's just getting warmed up. So were Reagan's "city on the hill" and "morning in America" lines just "platitudes" too? You people can't have it both ways. If you are willing to call Reagan an actor skilled with delivering lines but an empty suit and pimp for big business, fine, but he was a lot more than that and so is Obama. Obama will be our next president unless you bastards do what you did to the Kennedys and Martin Luther King and deny the people hope and progress. DOn't even think about it, rightwingers. You had your chance for 7 years. You blew it. Now let more responsible adults manage things. We literally cannot afford four more years of Bushie style economics or military policy. The rich are rich enough and our military is completely exhausted. Let it go.
