>Last nite, CNN reported that in the last pres. primary, there were 1400 early mail voters in Harris County [Houston] on the first day you could submit your ballot. Yesterday was the first day in this primary......Harris County got 12000 early mail ballots. I believe the difference to be attibutable to the Obama effect. Partially; the other part is the "we care because the Bush disaster made us realize that voting is actually important" effect. Really good for the Dems... -Z
