The loser of the Wisconsin primary for the progressive party got twice as many votes as the winner of the primary for the conservative party. (440,000 to 220,000).

This is a state that just a few years ago had Tommy Thompson as its governor, later a Bush cabinet secretary.

The conservative era is over. If you want it.
