That's like saying there really isn't a correlation between CO2 emissions and global warming.


No it's not.

Oh well, at least by reducing military spending you can kill two birds with one stone: military spending as a percent of GDP, and the deficit as a percent of GDP.

There are certainly other places to cut. Hopefully the next Pres will be a decent manager. I don't think that was true of Bush </polite understatement>.
