"Reduce Carbon Emissions 80 Percent by 2050" Oh no no! From 1990 levels! That is in the paragraph. It is a huge difference. It shows idiocy - unless I missed his Marshall Plan for nuclear power! This is plain stupid! It is more dangerous rhetoric.

You can find many other non-existing policies at the same site. I'm sure I can. I'm sure the Senator has learned how to recite the main points of each oh them. Did he PASS any of his proposals? Did he even manage to bring any of them to the floor? Did he do the hard work of learning the ins and outs of the Senate, of learning the details of the bills and the process for moving them forward? At least Hillary Clinton did that much. Anybody can put up a website.
