All of the incumbent protection restrictions should be removed. If I want to donate a million dollars to a candidate it is my right if I have the money and it is legally obtained.

Unfortunately Republicans unilaterally disarmed and big democrat donors stepped into the breach. Of course liberal control over the media combined with M-F gives democrats a perfect storm.
