FL is now taxing VOIP at 9.17%. I wonder who was behind that? Probably the POTS line vendors. They probably told the state they could collect extra money on VOIP...meanwhile leveling their playing field.

I figured something like that was going on.......but I didn't have the time to check things out. Don't you 'love' their knack for spin! "no one trusts anyone else to tell the truth.......including one democrat to another. " Especially Rockefeller. He has sided with Bush on every issue that has come up. Plus, the telecoms have been loading him up with cash. blog.wired.com
