Well, as I just told Lane3, you don't have to take Medicare Part B. This year, it costs $90 a month. Go for a private plan at 90 a month. Part A you've been paying for all your working life and it will cost you nothing when you're 65 and eligible to get coverage.

I'll see you and raise you. Cut my deduction in half and guarantee to never raise it and I will continue to fund those who chose not to provide for their future and decline any future eligibility.
