I didn't read any fake stories Kenneth. I am not a regular reader of that trash. I will tell you that I have had a couple times when I had to deal with NYT reporters. One was especially phoney. He was investigating allegations, later proved to be false. It was something that happened while one of my investigators was on the job. I told him candidly that he was incorrect and that if he wanted I would give him a "real" interesting story. He wasn't interested. He said "I want this, the video would be great. I want to make a splash." I told him again it didn't happen and he said he wanted a story with a "splash". So he continued and I asked him if he wanted the truth or the "splash". He said..."The splash". So he continued to pursue it and of course it dissolved in his face. His attitude wasn't the first, but it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I will also note that I have very rarely read a newspaper account of something I was involved in that was anywhere near accurate. I would have lost my job for filing reports as some reporters do.

Newspapers have gone beyond reporting and all take editorial license where it isn't their job. The same for people Like Nancy Grace types who in my opinion abuse people while pretending to be concerned.

I suppose you can say I have had negative experiences with some media people. I can't crucify them all for what others have done, but I do remember what types are in their ranks.

The NYT seems to be a great leader in bad journalism.
