I'd say no because usually when CD's are finished being burned they are finalized and you wouldn't be able to add anymore data to them. The only CD's you can re-use would be CD-RW's and companies wouldn't be sending them out as advertisements. Remember all those AOL 3.5 inch disks we used to get? Now those were reusable if I remember correctly but that's a different type of disk.
