I have a hard time seeing down for the financials here. There is something bullish to me about the way the likes of C, JPM, MS, WB and others have been trading the last two weeks. I think they are in line for up.

I should add, and this is very important, that if the likes of WB and C ignore those little bull wedges, then the financials are likely heading directly to new lows.

BTW, I find the hourly $RUT and $RLX very spooky.
