portfolio is up for year to awful date The fun hasn't begun. It's been very nice so far. The banks are cooked. Commercial real estate is getting sauteed and well on the way to becoming a crispy critter. Gold is about to make a major move. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. All good, sane, purifying, natural, healthy, organic, a financial enema cleansing out the rotten, unhealthy and toxic so a new beginning can begin and we can start the foolishness anew.
