the current feel good rhetoric since the previous mandated "living" wage isn't polling very good.

Kinda like climate change now instead of global warming since record lows are being set...

What in the world is a natural minimum wage? There are market driven (natural) wages, and there are government mandated (unnatural) minimum wages, but what is a natural minimum wage?

An unnatural minimum wage is where the only people who can afford to work at that level are kids living at home, or illegals living ten to a one bedroom apt.
