these are bank REOs so not contractors agents, but you have to wonder about some of the prices- like I posted last night, one of them listed on MLS for 479K and sold for 395K, but you have the buyer premium..... HARDLY a deal.

The "original list price" or whatever baloney they pass out is the real scam and some people fall for it. Might have been the list price at the absolute peak or something.

Well for these "fall through" actions you don't even have to show up just put in a bid and leave it. So no outlay or anything, I'll give it a shot. I am pretty sure these are the undesirable REOs that don't sell on MLS, and I would rather get something desirable.
