Intellectually, to design a system to provide universal health care that is affordable and efficient is not rocket science.

There are systems out there that work. All we have to do is cherry pick and find the right balance.

The key to all this, however, is to be more efficient, productive, and have a healthier overall economy where we do not have to begrudge the people at the bottom of society from feeding on what is left over.

There will always be differences in any society. There will be differences in height, weight, intelligence, beauty, and other attributes.

The key here is not to degenerate into a dog eat dog society. We have to be able to handle these differences in a fair and equitable manner.
