i wonder that he could do that. it hardly trades. in fact todays volume of 54,000 on kycn is by far the highest ive seen in this stock. fwiw i was surprised that the rights issued are not transferable. i guess mr. simmmons believes the shares to be undervalued too at these levels.

you were absolutely right about icahn . just saw on sec.gov that he now has a 5.03% interest in kycn. I guess some of the whale watchers will follow him in now! At this point I will exercise my rights as soon as the brokerage houses get around to telling me what they are, and the boat will be loaded.
