Ah yes, but "unending govt programs" that keep killing and maiming Americans and countless Iraqis while that program creates more and more "terrorists" that want to kill us are what???..."good govt investments".

Really.....like pulling kids out of factories and putting them in a government funded public school system.....now that was definitely a bad investment.
