i get to read harry schultz perhaps once a half year, always liked his stuff but do not subscribe to the letter myself i am not familiar with his time scale interest rate is already rising, just not at the short end, because that end is either (i) anticipating recession/depression, and/or (ii) still controlled by the FED so we must wait for (i) dollar implosion, which will be no time soon in so far as against other paper money (recommendation: buygold), (ii) stagflation gets bad enough that folks buy used cars and put them up on blocks
