"Sure enough the evidence behind Darwin drives it up to say 85% confidence"

It is much higher than that. To claim evolution doesn't happen is a lot like claiming you have a perpetual motion machine. Unless you have some really good evidence, then you are going to be labeled a crank. Animal husbandry and plant breeding has been practiced for tens of thousands of years, and it wouldn't work if there weren't the same forces as behind evolution. Corn cannot reproduce in the wild, so where did it come from? A domestic chicken is very different from its wild cousin. And so on. None of these could even live in the wild there have been so many changes made to them. So if you take the stance that they just sort of poofed into existence at some point, then Adam and Eve had to've picked them up real quick because many of those domesticated plants and animals couldn't survive even a season.

Which also brings up the point, where did the various races come from?
