Thanks for the post. I saw the SC ruling the other day. You are not parties to the case and, furthermore, we will not let you find out if you are.

One of the many scary consequences of all these years of ideological appointments to not only the SC but the federal courts in general.

Competence, no; ideology, yes.

Bad, bad scene. One of the many things that needs a thirty year period to straighten out.
