CMD Opened with an UG today, it was up 16.88% at the opening & is still up 12.53% on volume of 417,126 which is already > 14x its ADV bigcharts.marketwatch.com It was already up 37.7% since the up-move started 2 weeks ago from the $3.50 level.Last week it had some good news from Japan. biz.yahoo.com With today's UG & the high PE it now looks "overbought", although the results for the 3rdQ should still look good by comparison, since in 2007 the revenues weren't good & it should not have much problem in reporting better earnings than the $0.01 The fiscal Yr. ends in June & the EE are around $0.18 vs. $0.03 in 2007 bigcharts.marketwatch.com Well, it seems today's UG was because a proposal from the Indian company Opto Circuits to acquire CMD.<g> biz.yahoo.com Bernard
