Yes, I agree--"Bob Graham always struck me as among the worst campaigners in the book." But he was very popular in FL. He would have carried the state for Kerry, that was the only thing he had to do (not unlike LBJ and TX for Kennedy).

Surely, even if he doesn't name Zinni as a vp candidate, he puts his name on every cabinet list he can. During the campaign.
